Fast, Insurance-Ready WETT Inspections

Everything your insurance provider is asking for — clearly documented

Insurance-related inspections are often time-sensitive. Our process is structured specifically for insurance requests and focuses on the exact information insurers rely on, allowing most site inspections to be completed efficiently and without delay.

Inspections are typically completed in under one hour, with insurer-ready reports delivered to your email inbox for distribution within 48 hours.

Reports are structured for underwriting review and are prepared in accordance with CSA B365, the applicable Canadian installation standard for solid-fuel-burning appliances. Inspections are documented in the field using a structured, mobile-based digital reporting system aligned with CSA B365 requirements and designed specifically for insurance underwriting review.

Clear, Upfront Pricing

Solid-fuel and insurance-related inspections are our sole service — not an add-on — allowing us to price clearly, document thoroughly, and deliver insurer-ready reports without upsells or compromised quality.

Pricing

  • First appliance: $399

  • Each additional appliance: $99

  • Site travel: $60

Most insurance requests involve a single solid-fuel appliance. Each appliance is documented and reported individually for insurance review.

Booking is typically available within a few business days, subject to location and site access.

We do not perform repairs or sell appliances. Inspections are for information and documentation only and do not obligate repairs or automatically affect insurance coverage.
